Hunsdon Village News online

As we wrote in our September edition, over the last few months, we have been publishing the Village News in an online format as well as in print.  As you will know if you are reading this, it is a full website, hosting a village calendar and pages of useful information and local contacts along with articles from all the village organisations, notices about upcoming events and adverts for local tradespeople. Because it is a static website, articles are easy to find – you can search by category, e.g. church, gardening club etc, or by month, or even by a keyword, e.g. flowers or music. This means that if you’re interested in anything that’s going on in the village, you should be able to find it without any difficulty – and certainly more easily than hunting through “the Hub” on Facebook.

All the content of this December/January edition is freely available for everyone to read. However, from 31st December, access rights will change.  The Useful Information, Contact and Advertisers pages will stay available to everyone, as will the general village calendar but access to all new content will be restricted to subscribers only.  Fret not, though!  Full subscription will only cost £5 for a whole year.  We hope lots of people will be interested in supporting the church in its efforts to provide a useful service for the whole village by paying this very reasonable cost.
